Wtf?
This used to be a great place to live - pool parties with free-flowing booze, nice, clean apartments and a great staff. I spent a lot of time there with many friends.
But now I hear mostly complaints and most of my friends couldn't wait to get the hell out of there. Maintenance requests went unanswered and stepping in god crap all the the time got really, really old.
What's been your experience?

Yes, we agree. Brookstone Apartments is horrible. We have cockroaches running around our apartment. The property manager is horrible and she flat out says she doesn't care about the renters. They also never told us about the monthly community utility bill when we signed our lease so every month we get a little present we never knew about! And recently they charged us a $100 late fee for being 2 hours late with our rent. Do not live here!!! It's horrible and don't be fooled by the advertised parties. We've been to them and they suck.
