Brookstone Village

It's shocking to see a place that once rented a one bedroom for $800 start renting two bedrooms for $900, then $899, and then $879.

Wtf?

This used to be a great place to live - pool parties with free-flowing booze, nice, clean apartments and a great staff. I spent a lot of time there with many friends.

But now I hear mostly complaints and most of my friends couldn't wait to get the hell out of there. Maintenance requests went unanswered and stepping in god crap all the the time got really, really old.

What's been your experience?
